How do I order a complete Urban Widetrack Kit?
Full Urban Widetrack kits are available for purchase only through an Urban Approved dealer. Find yours here.
Where do your products ship from?
All products ship directly from our USA Headquarters here in East Tennessee.
Do you provide installation and fitting here in the US?
Installation and fitting services are only offered by Urban themselves in the United Kingdom. Outside of the UK, we rely on our skilled network of Urban Approved dealers for installation and fitting of Urban products. Find yours here.
Can I speak with someone local regarding my Urban build?
Yes. We have a dedicated local Sales and Customer Service team available Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm EST at 865-233-8918.
Return Policy
Thank you for choosing Urban Automotive USA. We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 90 days of your purchase.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:
Your item must be new, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
All returns must receive an RMA from info@urbanusa.com prior to return shipment.
If 90 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Exempt Goods:
The following are exempt from refunds:
Any item not listed for online purchase at www.urbanautomotiveusa.com/houseofurbanusa.
Partial refunds (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts or packaging for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 90 days after purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, then your partial refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment.
Delayed or missing refunds:
If you have not received a refund and more than 5 business days have passed, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@urbanusa.com and include your RMA in the email subject line.
